Inclusive North is a mission-driven infrastructure organisation championing racial equity across Lancashire. We work with partners and communities to influence change, build capacity, and invest in racially minoritised leadership.

OUR GOALS

Improve Access
We aim to improve access by ensuring that racially minoritised communities have access to basic infrastructure services like health, education, housing, and welfare.

Capacity Building
We support organisations and groups with capacity building and training to empower local communities, to develop, maintain, and manage their growth.

We engage in advocacy efforts to influence government policies and promote investment in infrastructure development.

Through our projects and partnerships, we invest in research and development to find innovative solutions for infrastructure challenges.

Collaboration
We work extensively and in collaboration with public, private, and voluntary sector organisations to pool resources and expertise for effective development.

We work with organisations on projects to raise awareness of issues and causes that are important for inclusivity.
