Lancashire Against Hate - Safety, Solidarity and Action
Event Details:

Communities across Lancashire are expressing concerns about safety, belonging, and the increasing visibility of racism and hate. Many people are questioning whether institutions fully understand the realities they face, or are prepared to respond with the urgency required. History has shown us that silence, inaction, and fragmented responses create space for division to grow. This event brings together strategic partners, public bodies, community organisations, faith leaders, and grassroots groups to consider not only what is happening across Lancashire, but what we must do together in response.
- Date: Wednesday 22nd July 2026
- Time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- Location: Blackburn (Venue TBA)

Inclusive North is convening this event at a time of growing concern. Across the country, we have witnessed a rise in racist rhetoric, hate-fuelled incidents, and the normalisation of narratives that seek to divide communities. We have also seen local incidents and community tensions being exploited and amplified by those seeking to sow fear, mistrust, and hostility.
