ARE's Response to DfE Consultation

ARE is currently preparing its response to the Department for Education’s consultation on proposed changes to Keeping Children Safe in Education, the statutory guidance for schools and colleges. The consultation closes on 22 April, and seeks views on changes expected to come into effect from September 2026. More detail on ARE’s response will be shared soon.
